Willow Eatery Cookery Courses
Chocolate Ganache truffle course
Sunday, 19th November 1.30pm
Wednesday, 29th November 6.00pm
Approximately 2.5-3 hours long, enjoy learning how to make and decorate your own Belgian chocolate ganache truffles to package and take home. Aprons and all equipment will be provided.
Difficulty level: Easy.
Suitable for all ages. Children will be required to have adult supervision.

Afternoon Tea Course
Learn how to make the different elements of an afternoon tea and enjoy what you’ve learnt at the end of the day.
Difficulty level: Medium – there are some elements of hands-on baking and some demonstrations. Children will be required to have adult supervision.
